Raise Your Hand grew from conversations about immigration in our own community. We wrote it as a unifying song—reminding listeners that whether our families arrived 10 years ago or 150 years ago, we all share an immigrant story. Built around driving acoustic guitar, banjo, and close harmonies, the recording is rootsy, nostalgic and poignant.
